Erh, seems like I overrated SKYFORGER a bit naming this band as «the best BM act in Latvia», because HERESIARH, despite rather big musical difference, rules hard over that guys from SKYFORGER! The only comparison which came to my mind was DISMAL EUPHONY, however mostly due to vocal combination - raw male BM screams and heavenly female singing. That’s the only point where we can compare these two bands to each other. It’s quite hard to describe HERESIARH’s music, and the only thing I can say for sure - it’s ORIGINAL. This fact already has to make you to look for this tape, I guess. All songs are professionally played while production is also good. Music represented on «Dragons Of War» is melodic, romantic black metal with memorable guitar passages and keyboard parts, sometimes harsh, sometimes beautiful...
